What’s Included in Our Design Consultation Package

A thorough assessment of your current layout to identify opportunities for optimizing space and light. - Proposed Design Layout Options
Based on our consultation and survey, we’ll present two tailored layout options, crafted to align with your brief and showcase the potential of your property. - 3D Visuals
Experience each design option with realistic 3D visuals, helping you visualise how your transformed space could look. - Online Presentation of Your Design Package
Approximately 4 weeks after our initial consultation, we’ll meet with you via Zoom or Teams to present your complete design package, walking you through each option and answering any questions.
Home Extension Packages
The Extension Package from Projects Direct, starting at €2500 (excluding VAT), is perfect for clients ready to explore expanding their home. This package offers tailored design insights to optimise existing space, while also guiding clients on the feasibility and requirements of an extension. It's especially suited for new homeowners or those who have maximised their current layout and are ready to improve their home’s functionality with added space.

Planning Applications
The Planning Application Support Package from Projects Direct, beginning at €3450 (excluding VAT), provides comprehensive support for clients navigating the planning process. With services including site surveys, initial drawings, full documentation preparation, and application submission and tracking, this package ensures a smooth experience with expert guidance at every step.
What’s Included in Our Planning Application Package
- Comprehensive Drawing Set Preparation
Creation of a detailed drawing set, including existing and proposed site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and contiguous elevations to fully illustrate your project. - Site Location Map
We arrange the purchase of the official Site Location Map from Ordnance Survey Ireland (map cost not included in package). - Planning Application Documentation
Preparation of all required documentation, including the planning application form, cover letter, and notices for newspaper and site display. - Newspaper Notice Arrangement
We prepare and lodge the required newspaper notice on your behalf. - Site Notice Preparation and Lamination
We provide a laminated site notice, ready for the client to display at the site location. - Planning Permission Submission and Monitoring
We handle the printing of six copies of the complete application package and submit it to the relevant Local Authority. We’ll also monitor the progress of your application to keep you informed. - Full Planning Documentation Pack
You’ll receive a complete pack containing all drawings and documentation for your records.
